Dinner: 4oz. Deer Steak, 1 cup steamed broccoli, cooked mushrooms. But wait, there’s more…2 Mochi ice creams, 4 powdered donuts, 1/4 pint halo ice cream.
Are you able to pinpoint the source of my protruding gut paunch and 1 1/2 chin? You, being a keen, food savvy observer, may think it’s the ice cream, donuts and (more) ice cream. You would be WRONG! Food would never betray me.
Solution: New Bedtime – 6:30 PM, as soon as “real dinner” ends. (Yes, this is my attempt at humor)
